Horse Sense
Horses respond to the way we behave as well as the messages we send about who we are. They provide clear and honest feedback, identifying our areas of strength and weakness. Horses, it turns out, can tell the difference between what we say and what we do. Working and interacting with horses allows us direct feedback about the skills we need to be successful in business and in life.
Working with the horses in our program will deliver new insights into how we deal with other people and suggest alternative methods likely to produce the results we seek. As you develop your horse relationship, you will begin to address your fears, build self-confidence, and learn to manage transitions and dilemmas.
Our process supports changing behaviors and improving emotional flexibility while helping to understand and create healthy boundaries.
The course does not involve riding. All work with the horses is done on the ground, where both of you stand in an equal relationship that does not demand dominance by one over the other, but rather cooperation, observation, and understanding.
Horse Sense takes place in a pastoral setting
a few miles outside of Cleveland, Ohio.
